v1.50RC3 (2019-01-31)

v1.50RC2 (2019-01-15)

  • add a dialog box to download the m_map toolbox if it is not installed
  • fix issue #2, undo menu enable when automatic QC is apply first improve redo usage and menu setting, correct a bug inside QC_SelectCallback function: tsg.qc_history_pointer was use to enable redo menu instead off tsg.qc_redo_possible
  • add a dialog box to donwload the m_map toolbox if it is not installed
  • fix issue #12 (closed), resolve a bug with all print menus with Matlab version prior 8.4 (R2014). Menu print and Print preview are disable for these versions and saveas was replaced by screencapture function from "undocumented Matlab" web site.
  • add version date on the main TSQGQC figure
  • fix issue #11 (closed), improve print menu
  • fix issue #9 (closed), add a customize menu to select ship size color, track size
  • fix issue #10 (closed), add menu "toolbar" to display toolbar icons. Notes that in R2018b, tools such as the zoom, pan, datatip, etc are no longer at the toolbar at the top of the figure window. These buttons are now in an "axes" toolbar and only appear when you hover your mouse over the plot.   • regression on labview read file: the use of lat_dec and lon_dec by default introduced a bug, lat_mn and lon_mn could not be read. Return to the default value lat and lon, lat_mn and lon_mn are selected again by default

  • tsg.qc.active.Code is set now with the function get_active_QC. Fixes the random bug on the application of the QC with Matlab Version > R2013b
  • add contextual menu for zoom, map border a set to zero during zoom mode and set to the default value in other case.
  • If the user change the parameter after zooming, YLim axes are updated with the min/max values of the new parameter.
  • In function Bottle_OnMenuCallback update tsg with getappdata after diffTsgSample call (bug with empty tsg.EXT_DIF if user try to apply a QC first on bottle sample).
  • Redraw the map when QC change from contextual menu
  • Undo/Redo 'Accelerator' works now, change 'Z' and 'R' with lowercase values.
  • Add tsg_data/RECHERCHE with example files from R/V ATALANTE, THALASSA and ANTEA

  • The radio button QC now follows the last selected in the contextual menu. The code existed but was commented because there was a bug
  • When leaving the correction module, the "zoom off" mode is now applied by default on all figures
  • When leaving the correction module, the vertical legend of the parameter takes the correct value, ie SSPS instead of SSPS_EXT_2
  • The undo mode was activated, calling a function that does not exist. So I deactivated it again, Select undo menu now display the message "not implemented"
