Works with 64bits version of the Matlab compiler R2016b and R2018b

Create console application with tsgqc.m with main file
add the following directories and files inside the Application Compiler project: 
  see print screen: 2017-01-30.png

Climatology files need to be inside:
  C:\svn\oceano\trunk\lib\matlab

Toolbox m_map inside:
  C:\Users\jgrelet\Documents\MATLAB\toolbox\m_map

and build project
