fix #8 Bug in preferencesForm, structure tsg.preference.map_* is now tsg.preference.map.* move climato files to ftp://ftp.ifremer.fr/ifremer/ird/us191/oceano/Climatology/ add tsg_climato directory and automatic files downloading from ftp if they are not present add tsg_util/showinfowindow.m and tsg_climato/Readme.txt files update R2018/R2016 compiler project with the right climato dir
