change the logo with SNO-SSS

use iconReadMat.m instead of iconRead.m in tgs_util, used to load .mat icon file. Under the compiled version, icon path was bad
Add directory tsg_tools/icons with tool iconRead used to transform .gif and .jpeg to .mat CData  
Add test with version > R2014b using root properties as get(0, 'Units'), that failed with compiler.

update R2012 compiler project

With the compiled version R2016b, the icons under 
\MATLAB\R2016b\toolbox\matlab\icons were not included 
in the runtime !

resolve problem with icons path under R2016b compiler
need to tested with R2012b compiler
remove debug info in readTsgIniLabview.m

add kml toolbox for google earth

Adding the readme file describing the configuration and necessary files list used with the compiled version
update with isas13 climatology files
include tsg_data/test.nc file that remove warning message inside the console

release R2014 give a warning about the use of matlab expression format

use whichi to get full filename for tsg_plateform.csv

add directory tsg_data in project
