update PI from C:\svn\tsg-qc\trunk\@netcdf_native\tsgqc_netcdf.xls

blank line doesn't work under R2012b

use iconReadMat.m instead of iconRead.m in tgs_util, used to load .mat icon file. Under the compiled version, icon path was bad
Add directory tsg_tools/icons with tool iconRead used to transform .gif and .jpeg to .mat CData  
Add test with version > R2014b using root properties as get(0, 'Units'), that failed with compiler.

mise en conformité de la doc et du format netcdf suivant les dernieres remarques de Magali Grieger, ainsi que sur les donnees externes

correction on cndc and temp coefficients, add cpcor for a,b,c series and change I to i for g,h,i series

supprime 2 retour chariot dans le fichier excel qui plantait la lecture du fichier csv apres conversion au lancement de tsgqc

corrige un bug de l'implementation de la toolbox netcdf native, lorsqu'il n'y avait pas d'echantillon, la dimension DAYD_EXT etait crée à 0, unlimited, mais pas en premier dans le fichier, ainsi que les variables. Sous R2011b, la toolbox netcdf plantait à la lecture.

utilise uniquement les types natifs netcdf, soit double, float, int, short, byte et char

les variables POSITION_QC et var_ADJUSTED_QC n'étaient pas initialisee a zero et prenaient la valeur -127 lors de la creation du fichier NetCDF, rajoute la commande sync dans write a la fin de l'ecriture des variables
