Remove @quality object and use tsg_nc classe with @tsg_nc/tsg_quality.csv file 

Write @tsg_nc/tsg_quality.csv with new format id en endl line delimiter
Change tsg.qc.hash initialisation with @tsg_nc/tsg_quality.csv
