Various code updates. Bug correction and improvements in preprocessing, new python only reprojection method.

Memory optimisation, improved speed and memory usage. Minor modifications in input preparation. Rain data is now scaled by 1000.

Started working on modspa parcel mode. Rewrote pre-modspa functions for better integration to modspa pixel. Improved efficiency and simplicity at the same time.
