Added more input preparation functions for parcel mode, started writing a global input preparation script. Reused script from modspa for config file.

Improved output plotting and added a script to automatically generate a daily GIF for a chosen variable.

Added main_run_samir.py to run the samir model. Modified config_file to manage input paths. Various bug corrections in dataset dimensions, speed improvements with parallel processing parameters. Added a notebook in postprocessing to plot pixel model outputs.

Various modifications in preprocessing codes. Improved datachunking, corrected bugs in weather dataset download, small improvements in script speed. Added a notebook to help prepare landcover and soil data for pixel mode

Finished ndvi extraction scripts. Added parcel mode to weather scripts. Wrote script to convert dataframes into xarray datasets for parcel mode.

Started working on modspa parcel mode. Rewrote pre-modspa functions for better integration to modspa pixel. Improved efficiency and simplicity at the same time.

Partially fixed input weather data handling. Found a way to convert tifs to netcdf. Modified functions accordingly. Sequential optimisation of code well advanced, will try multiprocessing after.

optimised input reading and output writing, increased calculation speed by more than 10 on small datasets.

Fixed equations, deleted some temporary variables to reduce memory usage, used eval() function to improve readability.

Changed weather data loading to geotiff (can't find tool to convert tif to netcdf for large datasets), rewrote some function description, minor refactoring.
