# datagui installation

## Prérequis
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Installer la toolbox [oceano](https://git.outils-is.ird.fr/grelet/oceano) sous Matlab
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
- Installer la toolbox [m_map](https://www.eoas.ubc.ca/~rich/map.html) sous Matlab.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Copier le fichier de climato Levitus sous dans un de vos répertoires Matlab accessibles via la commande matlabpath
|
|
|
|

- Ne pas oublier de modifier votre path Matlab sous Windows ou variable

|
MATLABPATH sous Linux et ajouter les répertoires oceano\lib\matlab et oceano

## Installation

- Cloner le dépot datagui depuis le Gitlab IRD
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

- Basculer sur la branche v1.0, la branche master est une tentative de generation du code avec le nouvel outil Matlab AppDesigner qui n'est pas opérationnelle actuellement.

## Utilisation
|
|
|

Lancer datagui depuis la console Matlab:

Si vous utilisez les fichiers NetCDF générés par CRDAP, choisir le format OceanSITES et non NetCDF (ancien format ARGO).
