Las shot construction fails when gps time matches trajectory upper bound

Thanks to Daniel Stefan Kükenbrink daniel.kuekenbrink@wsl.ch bug report on AMAPVox hanging forever for some voxelizations, we identified that the LasShotIterator fails when the LAS point GSPtime equals the trajectory upper time bound.
