Differential reflectance between ground and vegetation

The current implementation uses a fixed ratio between ground and vegetation reflectance (which is used to compute relative echo weight). This is not correct as this ratio will vary with sensor type (wavelength in particular) but also soil wetness etc

This ratio could be either computed from the data (considering mean reflectance of single returns per class) or the user should be prompted to provide a value when this weighting mode is requested.
